This Privacy Policy explains how ARSIR LLC, doing business as QualityPro Hub ("QualityPro Hub," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit qualityprohub.com, fill in a form, take our assessments, subscribe to our newsletter or buy a product or service from us (together, the "Site"). It does not cover information we process for clients under a signed agreement; that is governed by the agreement.

We ask for a work email and business details only. Please don't send sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account or government ID numbers) through our forms.
How we use information
- To respond and provide services: answer your inquiry, schedule calls, deliver assessments, digital products and services you buy, and provide support.
- To run and improve the Site: understand which pages and sources bring visitors, fix problems and improve content.
- Marketing: send our newsletter and relevant updates about our services, and measure our advertising. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.
- Security and fraud prevention: detect spam, bots and abuse, and restrict access from countries and regions subject to U.S. sanctions and embargoes, which uses your approximate location.
- Legal and business purposes: comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
How we share information
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting and checkout (Shopify), email and marketing platforms, CRM, scheduling, analytics and security tools. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising partners, such as LinkedIn and Meta, when we use their tools to measure our ads. This may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; you can opt out (see Your choices).
- Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- A buyer or successor if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information for money.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember choices, understand traffic, see which source referred you, and measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sharing for targeted advertising for that browser.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: inquiry and prospect records generally for up to three years after our last contact, purchase records as long as required for tax and accounting, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe. We then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access controls and form protections against bots and malicious input. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy
- correct inaccurate information
- delete your information
- opt out of targeted advertising, "sharing" and any sale
- limit the use of sensitive personal information (we don't collect it on purpose)
- withdraw consent where we rely on it, and object to certain processing
To make a request, email privacy@qualityprohub.com or use our contact form. We will verify your request, may accept requests from an authorized agent with proof of authorization, and will respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact your state attorney general or data protection authority.
Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
International visitors
We are based in the United States and process information there. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for transfers from the EEA or UK. We do not accept submissions from countries and regions subject to U.S. embargoes.
Children
The Site is for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, give additional notice.
